The honest read
Where QuickBooks Online wins
QBO is the full books. It runs payroll, the P&L, the bank rec, the 1099. We do not do those yet. If you only have a few vendor invoices a month and you already pay for QBO, the Receipt Capture flow may be enough for you.
Where Muntin Ledger wins
If you scan or drop more than a handful of invoices each month, our extraction is faster to confirm than the QBO Receipt Capture loop. The audit chain is verifiable. The native iPhone and desktop apps let you triage from the host stand or the couch, not just the controller's office.
