From Wave to Muntin Ledger

Wave is free books for the smallest shops. Many owners outgrow it when invoice volume rises. The migration is straightforward.

Typical time: ~1 weekend for 90 days of invoices

  1. 1. Export from your old tool

    In Wave, go to Purchases → Bills, filter to your date range, and download each bill's attached PDF.

  2. 2. Drop the files on the Ledger

    Upload the PDFs to Muntin Ledger's /inbox one at a time.

  3. 3. Confirm the rows

    Confirm the rows. The Muntin engine learns the vendor template after three confirms.

Things to know

  • ·Wave's bulk export does not include attached PDFs — you download each bill individually.
