From QuickBooks Online to Muntin Ledger

You keep QuickBooks for the books. Muntin reads the vendor invoices and posts each bill into your existing QBO when you confirm. Side by side, not replace.

Typical time: ~5 minutes setup + your normal invoice review

1. 1. Export from your old tool

   Nothing to export. QuickBooks stays where it is. Your existing chart of accounts becomes the categories Muntin posts to.

2. 2. Drop the files on the Ledger

   Connect QBO from /settings/integrations using the OAuth button. We never see your QBO password — Intuit hands us a scoped token.

3. 3. Confirm the rows

   Drop your next vendor invoice on /inbox. We read it, you confirm, we post it as a bill in QBO. Dry-run by default; the real-post flag is one toggle.
