From Ottimate to Muntin Ledger
Ottimate (formerly Plate IQ) sends your invoices to a language model and to human reviewers offshore. Muntin reads them with templates and rules; the bytes never leave our infrastructure. The migration is one weekend.
1. Export from your old tool
In Ottimate, request a bulk export of your last 90 days of invoices as PDFs. Their support team sends a ZIP.
2. Drop the files on the Ledger
Unzip locally. Sign in and drop them into /inbox; the guided tour at /demo walks the read flow on a sample first if you want to see it.
3. Confirm the rows
Confirm the rows Muntin reads. Each confirm teaches us the vendor template; after three confirms a vendor becomes one-click.
Things to know
- ·Ottimate does not export your line-item breakouts in standard CSV; we re-read those from the PDF.
- ·If you posted to QBO from Ottimate, those bills are already in QBO; Muntin does not re-post them.
