From Hubdoc to Muntin Ledger

Hubdoc reads with their OCR + a human-review queue offshore. Muntin reads with templates + rules; your invoice content stays on our infrastructure. The export path is supported.

Typical time: ~1 weekend for 90 days of invoices

  1. 1. Export from your old tool

    In Hubdoc, use Documents → Export → All. Hubdoc emails a ZIP of original PDFs to your account address.

  2. 2. Drop the files on the Ledger

    Unzip locally. Upload each PDF to Muntin Ledger on /inbox.

  3. 3. Confirm the rows

    Confirm the rows. Muntin learns the vendor template after three confirms.

Things to know

  • ·Hubdoc keeps your scanned originals after export; delete on their side if you want them gone.
