    Keep FreshBooks for sending invoices to your clients. We do not touch that side.

  2. 2. Drop the files on the Ledger

    For the vendor side: drop each invoice you receive on Muntin Ledger's /inbox. Photo from the phone or PDF from email — both work.

  3. 3. Confirm the rows

    Confirm the rows. Export from Muntin to CSV whenever you want to reconcile against FreshBooks-side payments.
