From Dext to Muntin Ledger

Dext (formerly Receipt Bank) sends your invoice content through their AI pipeline. Muntin reads with rules and templates. The migration uses Dext's bulk export.

Typical time: ~1 weekend for 90 days of invoices

1. 1. Export from your old tool

   In Dext, go to your archive and export the last 90 days as a ZIP of original PDFs (not Dext's own normalised CSV — we re-extract).

2. 2. Drop the files on the Ledger

   Unzip locally. Sign in to Muntin Ledger and upload each PDF on /inbox.

3. 3. Confirm the rows

   Confirm vendor + total + line items. After three confirms per vendor, future bills from that vendor are one-click.
