From AutoEntry to Muntin Ledger

AutoEntry is Sage's invoice-capture surface. The migration uses their bulk export.

Typical time: ~1 weekend for 90 days of invoices

  1. 1. Export from your old tool

    In AutoEntry, request a 90-day export through Settings → Data Export. They send a ZIP of original PDFs.

  2. 2. Drop the files on the Ledger

    Unzip locally. Upload each PDF on Muntin Ledger's /inbox.

  3. 3. Confirm the rows

    Confirm the rows. Three confirms per vendor unlocks one-click parsing for that vendor's future bills.
